Superior Court records

Harrington sentenced

Dylan Jay Harrington, 17, Oroville, pleaded guilty Jan. 8 to possession 40 grams or less of marijuana.

Harrington, who committed the crime Oct. 1, was sentenced to 15 weeks of community supervision and three days in detention.

Cazares-Martinez pleads guilty

Pedro Martin Cazares-Martinez, 15, Brewster, pleaded guilty Jan. 8 to unlawful display of a weapon.

Cazares-Martinez, who committed the crime Nov. 17, was sentenced to six months of community supervision and nine days in detention.

In a second separate case, Cazares-Martinez pleaded guilty to unlawful display of a weapon and possession of 40 grams or less of marijuana.

Cazares-Martinez, who committed the crimes Nov. 17, was sentenced to six months of community supervision and six days in detention.

Holcomb pleads guilty

Austin Antonio Holcomb, 16, Oroville, pleaded guilty Jan. 8 to residential burglary and third-degree theft.

Holcomb, who committed the crimes Dec. 9, was sentenced to 12 months of community supervision and 10 days of detention.

Adolph admits theft

Jada Tania Adolph, 13, Coulee Dam, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to two counts of taking a motor vehicle without permission.

A deferred disposition was revoked.

Adolph, who committed the crimes May 24, was sentenced to six months of community supervision, 30 hours of community restitution and 13 days in detention.

In a second charging, Adolph pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle.

Adolph, who committed the crime Nov. 29, was sentenced to 12 months of community supervision and 30 days in detention.

Burse sentenced

Cody Lee William Burse, 17, Tonasket, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 to making a false or misleading statement to a public servant and hit-and-run unattended vehicle or property.

Burse, who committed the crimes Nov. 29, was sentenced to five days.

Lara admits theft

Jorge Osbaldo Lara, 17, Brewster, pleaded guilty Dec. 27 top third-degree theft.

Lara, who committed the crime Nov. 23, was sentenced to 16 hours community restitution and three days in detention.

Morgan sentenced

Sean Douglas Michael Morgan, 13, Okanogan, pleaded guilty Dec. 24 to minor possessing or consuming alcohol.

Morgan, who committed the crime Nov. 26, was sentenced to six months of community supervision and seven days in detention.

Theft admitted

Taylor Andrew Wiinikka, 15, Omak, pleaded guilty Nov. 30 to third-degree theft.

Wiinikka, who committed the crime Sept. 9, was sentenced to six months of community supervision and 16 hours of community restitution.

Holcomb sentenced

Austin Antonio Holcomb, 16, Oroville, pleaded guilty Oct. 30 to third-degree theft.

Holcomb, who committed the crime Sept. 3, was sentenced to 9 months of community supervision and 2 days in detention.

In a separate filing, Holcomb pleaded guilty to third-degree theft, which occurred Aug. 25.

Holcomb was sentenced to nine months of community supervision and one day of detention.

Craig sentenced

Curtis Michael Craig, 42, pleaded guilty to assault in violation of a protection, restraining or no contact order.

Craig, who committed the crime March 2, 2013, was sentenced Jan. 16 to nine months.

Flores sentenced

Michaella Jean Flores, 30, pleaded guilty Jan. 16 to possession of a controlled substance.

Flores, who committed the crime Sept. 7, was sentenced to six-plus months.

Two other charges were dismissed.

Flores pleads guilty

Jesse L. Flores, 28, pleaded guilty Jan. 15 to first-degree robbery and second-degree assault.

Flores, who committed the crimes May 16, was sentenced to 71.5 months. Dismissed was a deadly weapon enhancement for the assault charge.

Forhan sentenced

Lane Adam Forhan, 37, pleaded guilty Jan. 15 to failure to register as a sex offender, which was committed May 5-6.

Jury finds Watts guilty

Robert Gene Watts, 44, Omak, was found guilty by jury verdict Dec. 4 for delivery of a controlled substance.

Watts, who committed the crime Jan. 4, 2013, was sentenced to 40 months.

Priest sentenced

David Randall Priest, 45, Omak, was found guilty by jury verdict of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and third-degree possession of stolen property.

Priest, who committed the crime June 16, 2013, was sentenced to 50 months.

Blackburn pleads guilty

Dustin David Blackburn pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to attempted failure to register as a sex offender.

Blackburn was sentenced to 364 days of which none were suspended.

Elwell admits assault, theft

Victorio Joseph Elwell, 38, Nespelem, pleaded guilty Jan. 6 to third-degree assault and second-degree theft.

Elwell, who committed the crimes Dec. 19, 2010, was sentenced to nine months.

In a separate charging, Elwell pleaded guilty Jan. 6 to violation of a protection, restraining or no contact order.

Elwell, who committed the crime July 27, 2011, was sentenced to 90 days.

A charge of fourth-degree assault was dismissed.

Larue case dismissed

The court dismissed Jan. 6 a charge against Jacqueline Larue after she complied with terms of a stipulated order of continuance.

Cone restitution ordered

Lisa Ann Cone was ordered Jan. 6 to pay restitution of $2,844.82 to Financial Recovery Programs, Department of Social and health Services, Olympia.

Lazard pleads guilty

Deena Jean Lazard, 25, Omak, pleaded guilty Jan. 8 to second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Lazard, who committed the crimes Dec. 10, was sentenced to 2 months.

Toulou Jr. charged

Melvin Eugene Toulou Jr., 40, Coulee Dam, was charged Jan. 6 with second-degree burglary, first-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree theft.

Toulou allegedly committed the trafficking charge Nov. 1 and the other tow charges Oct. 16.

Whittle charged

Jordan Dean Whittle, 19, Omak, pleaded guilty Jan. 6 to theft of a motor vehicle, hit-and-run property damage, third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, residential burglary, second-degree burglary, 10 counts of second-degree theft, two counts of second-degree vehicle prowling, second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree malicious mischief.

Whittle allegedly committed the crimes Jan. 1.

Trafficking, theft alleged

Lisa Lynn Oliver, 41, Tonasket, was charged Jan. 7 with first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft, which allegedly occurred Dec. 21.

Allen charged

Derek Justin Allen, 33, Omak, was charged Jan. 7 with possession of a controlled substance-heroin, second-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree theft and use of drug paraphernalia.

The crimes allegedly occurred between Dec. 27 and 28.

Carson charged

Michael Roderick Carson, 35, Spokane, was charged Jan. 7 with possession of a controlled substance-hydrocodone, second-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and driving under the influence, which allegedly occurred Jan. 5.

Kristina Marie Gipson, 30, Okanogan, was charged Jan. 7 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, which allegedly occurred Jan. 5.

From Washington State Patrol Bridgeport man injured

ORONDO — A Bridgeport man was injured Jan. 10 in a four-vehicle crash six miles north of town on U.S. Highway 97.

Alfredo Trejo-Bernal, 21, was a passenger in a car driven by Sergio Arevalo-Ramirez, 22, also of Bridgeport.

He was not hurt, the Washington State Patrol said.

The four vehicles were southbound at 7:19 a.m. when a car driven by Orondo resident J.J. Flores, 52, stopped in the road to make a left turn.

His car was struck from behind by a car driven by Orondo resident Humberto G. Martinez, 20.

Martinez’s vehicle was struck from behind by Arevalo-Ramirez’s vehicle.

A fourth car, driven by Orondo resident Michelle N. Aparicio, 20, hit Martinez’ car in the left front, the patrol said.

Flores, Martinez and Aparicio were not hurt.

Trejo-Bernal was taken by ambulance to Confluence Health in Wenatchee.

All those involved were wearing seatbelts. No drugs or alcohol were involved, the patrol said.

Martinez and Arevelo-Ramirez’s vehicles were destroyed. The other two were driven from the scene.

Martinez was cited for following too close. Flores was cited for no insurance.

Arevalo-Ramirez and Aparicio were cited for failure to control speed to avoid a collision.
