Bailey sentenced

Kevin Carter Bailey, 44, pleaded guilty May 16 to attempted possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana.

Bailey, who committed the crime April 17, was sentenced to two months.

Fink pleads guilty

Joshua Michael Fink, 29, pleaded guilty May 14 to second-degree theft.

Dismissed was a count of second-degree robbery.

Fink, who committed the theft Feb. 8, was sentenced to 13 months.

Giesen sentenced

Zane Michael Giesen, 22, was sentenced May 13 for two counts of second-degree rape of a child.

Giesen pleaded guilty to the crimes March 26.

One rape occurred in January 2012, and the other between May 8 and May 22, 2012.

Two other charges were dismissed.

Giesen was sentenced to 12 months, with the rest of a 132-month to maximum of life sentence suspended during the remainder of the duration of a special sex offender sentencing alternative program.

Giesen must be employed full time or enrolled in school full time within 45 days of his release.

Oliver admits forgery

Lisa Lynn Oliver, 41, pleaded guilty May 13 to forgery.

Two other charges were dismissed.

Oliver, who committed the forgery Sept. 24, 2012, was sentenced to four months.

Austin sentenced

Phillip Lee Austin, 31, pleaded guilty May 7 to first-degree possession of a firearm and aiming a firearm at a human being.

Austin, who committed the crime Nov. 6, 2011, was sentenced to 90 months.

In a separate charging, Austin pleaded guilty May 7 to three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Austin, who committed the crimes Aug. 7, Aug. 8 and Aug. 20, 2012, was sentenced to 90 months.

Dismissed was an enhancement of committing the crime in a school zone.

Trevino pleads guilty

Amorita Cresenta Trevino, 25, pleaded guilty May 6 to possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana.

Trevino, who committed the crime March 4, was sentenced to four months.

In a second charging, Trevino pleaded guilty May 6 to endangerment with a controlled substance.

Austin, who committed the crime Feb. 26, was sentenced to 12 months.

In a third charging, the state dismissed the case without prejudice.

Harder restitution ordered

Jason David Harder was ordered May 6 to pay restitution of $1,545 to Danny Perry, Colville.

Edwards must pay

Timothy Keith Edwards was ordered May 6 to pay restitution of $4,266.81 to Progressive in Chicago, Ill.

Munsey sentence

Teresa Marie Munsey, 47, pleaded guilty May 6 to two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Munsey, who committed the crimes Aug. 7 and Aug. 8, 2012, was sentenced to 90 days.

Dismissed was an enhancement of committing the crime in a school zone.

St. Peter case dismissed

The state May 8 dismissed its case with prejudice against Jordan St. Peter.

Zigler restitution ordered

Aaron David Zigler was ordered May 8 to pay restitution of $2,934.51 to the office of Mediical Recovery Medical-COR in Olympia.

Black sentenced

Clint Thomas Black, 32, pleaded guilty May 6 to failure to register as a sex offender,

Black, who committed the crime June 18, 2011, was sentenced to 30 days.

Germano restitution ordered

Webb Anthony Germano was ordered April 15 to pay restitution of $41,050, jointly and severally with co-defendants Breanna Kelly, Timothy Edwards and Matthew Velasquez to Thomas and Stacy Christie, Seattle.

Moses charged

Sandra Rose Moses, 26, Riverside, was charged May 6 with second-degree theft.

A warrant with bail of $5,000 was issued for Moses, who allegedly committed the crime March 15.

Robbery alleged

Falina Dawn Storm, 27, Omak, was charged May 7 with first-degree robbery allegedly committed May 4.

Fadden charged

Shawn Dennis Fadden, 44, was charged May 7 with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and introducing contraband into a detention facility.

Fadden allegedly committed the crimes May 3.

Vickers charged

Tasha Ann Vickers, 26, was charged May 7 with harassment-threats to kill, allegedly committed April 27.

Possession alleged

Lucas Duayne Cook, 28, was charged May 7 with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, allegedly committed May 4.

Lozano charges

Carolyn Lee Lozano, 34, was charged May 9 with introducing contraband to an inmate, allegedly committed between May 1 and May 5.

In a second charging, Lozano was charged with second-degree theft-retail theft with extenuating circumstances.

Lozano, who also is known as Carolyn Lee Adkins and Susan M. Ford, allegedly committed the crimes May 1.

Lezard charged

Marvin Keith Lezard, 47, was charged May 13 with second-degree theft-access device and two counts of third-degree theft allegedly committed April 4.

Forhan charged

Lane Adam Forhan, 37, was charged May 10 with failure to register as a sex offender-failure to notify of move allegedly committed May 5.

Trafficking alleged

Daniel Mark Dixon, 32, was charged May 10 with first-degree trafficking in stolen property allegedly occurring May 2.

Possession alleged

Sean Thomas, 46, was charged May 10 with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine allegedly committed May 8.

Saulmon charged

Alicia Sue Saulmon, 44, was charged May 10 with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.

Saulmon allegedly committed the crimes May 8.

Boudreau charged

Alexis Paul Boudreau, 21, was charged May 13 with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.

Boudreau allegedly committed the crimes May 7.

Wiggins charged

Chayse Allen Wiggins, 19, was charged May 15 with of a motor vehicle, three counts of second-degree vehicle prowling and three counts of third-degree theft.

Wiggins allegedly committed the crimes April 8.

Possession alleged

Johnathan J. Hart, 19, was charged May 14 with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine allegedly committed May 9.

Mercado charged

Alan Pedroza Mercado, 19, was charged May 15 with second-degree assault, possession of a controlled substance-cocaine, possession of 40 grams or less of marijuana, unlawful display of a weapon and minor possessing or consuming alcohol.

Mercado allegedly committed the crimes May 11.

Millan charged

Gabriel Gameros Millan, 18, was charged May 15 with second-degree assault-deadly weapon, accomplice.

Millan allegedly committed the crime May 11.

Mischief alleged

William Curtis St. Peter, 24, was charged May 14 with second-degree malicious mischief allegedly committed May 11.

Wolf charged

Lisa Diane Wolf, 32, was charged May 14 with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and use of drug paraphernalia allegedly committed May 12.

Elsberg charged

Garret Victor James Elsberg, 24, was charged May 3 with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver methamphetamine, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, obstructing a law enforcement officer and use of drug paraphernalia.

Elsberg allegedly committed the crimes April 30.

Louis charged

Leaysha Lamariah Louis, 18, was charged May 3 with two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, three counts of second-degree vehicle prowl, first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft.

Louis allegedly committed a motor vehicle theft April 15 and the rest of the crimes April 8.

Vehicle thefts alleged

Aaron Justin Conrad Pfaltzgraff-Miller, 19, was charged May 3 with theft of a motor vehicle, three counts of second-degree vehicle prowling, first-degree trafficking in stolen property and third-degree theft.

The crimes allegedly were committed April 8.
